Excellent work and assistance with my repair. Very grateful to Jeff Jones and Darling's Team for all of the help and support with my F250. Jeff Jones helped to establish that the repair was covered under my long term warranty. He also performed admirably with helping to identify the best date/time for the repair work to occur. I live in Lubec, ME and drive 2.5 hours to Darlings for service. It is well worth it, and I continue to be a loyal customer. Many thanks!!! Jeff King

Ryan explained what was needed to be fixed and gave me an estimate. He arranged for me to be picked up at home which gave me the impression that Darlings ford wants to take care of the customer.
