Took my 2014 audi q5 in for a check engine light on in my vehicle.they fixed the problem after having my vehicle for maybe a week the check engine light came back on so i took it back only to find out it was the same code. Didn't like the fact that i had to call to check the status of my vehicle both times it was there..upon arrival the second time to get my vehicle i had waited about 30 minutes because they couldn't find my key..

I had a warranty job on tailgate locking switch. Part had to be ordered which required a return trip. I scheduled 7am so there would be no delays in front of me. I was there 21/2 hrs. My truck sat outside for 45 minutes. This was to be a one hour job

Great service and customer service! The only thing I would ask is that they put the same view I had on my dash when I left it. No biggie, but a little weird when I get back in it and try to figure out how I had it. Thank you for everything!

Great customer care ! My first call was with April. Can’t thank her enough for her help and knowledge! I failed to get the first guys name next to Stefano but he was very polite and kept things moving .Stefano was excellent as well . Kept me updated and informed and was correct with the price and charges . No surprises. Tires look great. The car drove nice and looked good..Thank you for washing .Looks like you really have a good team. Thank you. It is very much appreciated. Have a merry Christmas.

Was very happy with the service at this appointment. When the truck was not able to be finished during the day, the delivery of my truck the following day was very helpful to me to avoid another trip or time off of work. I appreciated it!

I brought my truck in for a rough idle. I am sitting in my truck right now and it is still rough idle to the point where it’s rattling the truck. 2023 F150 with an 11,000 miles should not be doing this.
