This was an emission recall and the stop/start function which was not working when I brought the q3 in still was not working on my way home. The software was updated but it didn’t correct the problem. I called back the dealer and told them and I have another appointment on Thursday to fix the stop/start function.

I had some questions regarding my car buying experience and Jaylene listened and escalated my concerns to management. She was very professional and accommodating. The only thing negative was that I was told by someone else that I could wait for the repair when in fact I was supposed to drop the car off. I was told it would be ready on Monday and I didn’t hear anything until Thursday when I had to call and find out the status.
