I asked to have my wiper blades changed and they were not. I was asked if I wanted a car wash and didn’t get that either. Little things, but now I’ve got to order them on Amazon and install them myself. No car wash wasn’t a big deal, but don’t ask if you’re not going to do it.

Great service experience! Everything is done on time, I had a loaner to shuffle the kids around, and good communication from the service department. A separate thanks to Jaylene handing everything in a friendly and professional way!

The only question I have is that I wanted to drop the vehicle off on Sunday night, but the entrance was blocked. Not a huge issue, I dropped the car on Monday morning.
