James was extremely polite, friendly and handled our car estimate well. We had a short wait until our car was ready. We enjoyed talking with him briefly while he filled out our paperwork.
Everyone else was friendly and knew exactly what car we had bought. They even let me interrupt their team meeting.
I like the pleasant, new atmosphere and snacks. My previous, another make, dealership’s waiting and restrooms were old, looked greasy and needed to be updated. It had been that way for years but the owner was too cheap to spend the necessary money to fix it.

Randy was excellent!!!!!!! He took the time to explain the repair done to the car. He called me as soon as the repair was done. He answered all my questions. I will definitely be back to see Randy with my future service and repair needs for my Audi.

Andrew was sincere, polite and was great to deal with. He helped me get a Uber to and from the facility and was very conscientious about let me know what my charges were going to be in advance. All and all a very pleasant experience. I think Andrew deserves a promotion and sizable increase in salary.

James displayed exceptional customer service. He made sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of. When he found out I would have to wait a good portion of the day for my vehicle to be serviced, he put me in a very nice and clean loaner vehicle. Thanks again James!

Andrew’s service was fine, but I got an email saying my car was ready, yet when I arrived, I had to flag down a very helpful employee who was leaving for the night to try to help me get my car. No one was in the cashier area. There was no paperwork completed so it took 20 minutes of his and my time while he sorted out the problem (the mechanic had signed off which generated the email, but no one was around to finish the paperwork because Andrew had left for the day.
Almost every time I come for service I have some kind of problem like this (administrative), so I feel the need to say something if you’re sending me a survey. The loaner car was great and much appreciated.
