Everything went smoothly as far as Randy and the service. The only thing that you didn’t do was wash my car. I thought cars are washed after service??

Everything from making a reservation all the way through getting my car back at the end was smooth, easy, and pleasant. Randy was phenomenal to work with, as usual, and I so appreciated the shuttle service which let me get this squared away in the middle of a workday

Service was poor, I’m still doubting anything was actually resolved for aside from turning off the engine light to get the car out of the shop. Due to lack of communication from everyone at your dealership it leads me to believe that they didn’t look at the car in depth and completely forgot about it after a 7 days of being there. It took over 3 calls saying someone would call me back over this week. With Andrew being out a few days, no one to call me or let me know it was being looked at or any type of follow up. Thankfully, I was given a loaner but with 7 days with my vehicle to only expect to bring it back because I’m sure the engine light will come back on. The last time I was there 2 weeks ago, 4 days without a car and again poor Communication. This is constant no matter who assist me. I’m really disappointed as I purchased my car from you and now in the market for another audi. I gave up after the last three service experiences and in talks with Fletcher Jones.
