I really appreciate how easy James made this process! It was my first service issue with my new car so I was not sure what to expect. He was kind, explained everything clearly and was quick to get my car fixed. I was very thankful for the pick up and delivery so I did not have to miss work to take care of this issue!

Service was great. Jacky was super responsive. We were of course disappointed about the faulty part (clutch plate) but that was not in your control.

Jonathan Dow was top notch excellent service ! I was dealing with a ill mother in the hospital and Jonathan went over and above to make fixing my F150 possible! He actually fixed the truck a day ahead of schedule

I was totally satisfied with the service at the bangor maine dealership. After sitting for about 45 minutes Jeff let me know that he sent the truck to be washed and it would only be a few more minutes.

The personal service was great but my issue is not resolved. My sunroof continues to leak and I am very discouraged that the problem still persists. I believe that William and the techs have given it there best but I don't understand why the source of the leaking cannot be found. We had another rainstorm last night (10/16/21) and this am there is evidence of leaking again on the from right side of the roof.

I was told when I made the appointment it would be an hour to do the work. When I arrived I was told that there was only one technician and it would be 2 hours. I ended up being there for over 2 and a half hours.
