Terrible service wasn't kept up to date with vehicle and took over 6 days and couldn't find the issue. Call and spoke to James Green one day with update of vehicle gentleman was rude . When I went in to the dealer to get my work shoes out James Green was so rude and paid no mind to me and wouldn't give eye contact so disrespectful. Spoke to gm sales Christian voice my issue and never called me or help me so disappointed on the service from the service department and the parts department. Because of this I traded my audi for a bmw I would never suggest this dealer for parts or services or even buy a new vehicle with them if they going to treat their customers like this

Excellent service from William in every way. He greeted me in a timely manner, was aware of my service request, proceeded to get my vehicle into a bay for the work to be done, and notified me promptly when the service was complete. When I picked up my vehicle, William knew my name, vehicle, located the appropriate paperwork quickly and facilitated my payment. He also had made sure my vehicle had received a complimentary wash and personally went to the lot to drive it right up to the door for my departure. Great service with a pleasing personality. I look forward to seeing William again to handle future service visits.
