Over great and quick.
One thing I do not agree with is if a tech pulls my engine air filter to show customer it is dirty then if a customer agrees on a new filter he should not be charged labor that cost more then the filter to install. If I said no he still spends the same amount of in time to install old filter and customer does not pay for it.
