Cooper went above and beyond for us today. He made sure the issues with our vehicle were taken care of promptly and went out of his way to communicate what was going on and what Darling’s was going to do to fix the problem. Would highly recommend anyone going to Darlings Ford for service to request Cooper by name, I know my wife and I will be doing just that from here on out.

I felt like every time I talked with Cooper he gave me the run around. He attempted to get me to pay an invoice and then wait for a rebate from Ford. Scale of 1 10 with 1 being on the low end, I would give Cooper a 3.

Jeff went beyond helping me. I learned that my car doesn't have an oil change light. It would of been a disaster if I had kept waiting for the light before changing my oil. Thank you so much Jeff for not letting it slide. I'm so happy with Fords service.

Darling is the only servicer that does not offer a free car wash, without request or balance with a tire rotation. It is the first servicer in my 20 years driving. I always have to ask for a car wash. This should be offered without asking for it. This time I asked for a balance with my tire rotation and the person helping me tried to talk me out of it. Something about the extra cost. Luckily I did not listen to the person checking me in because it turned out that after the rotation the mechanic noticed I needed a balancing anyway. It is common practice to always balance the tires with a rotation. Unfortunately this is not the first bad experience I have had with darlings. If I had other certified ford dealer-servicers In the area I’d consider going there instead.
