I experienced quick and efficient service for my vehicle recall. The multi-point inspection revealed my battery was becoming weak over time and I will seek a replacement to keep my vehicle operating at the best performance. Thanks Earl B

Jaylene is a great agent & I am very satisfied with her professionalism but I was surprised about the dent & a white thread on the steering wheel which were present when I purchased the car NOT being covered by the manufacturer or the warranty. I am hoping that it could be reconsidered. Thx

Expecting me to know the name of my service writer when I call to ask the status of my truck is Ill-advised. No one tells me the name when I drop off the vehicle, yet I’m supposed to know it when I call to inquire about the vehicle.
