No Never satisfied and not happy employees are their are not experienced last time i drop my car problem with my car tiers they change my rotors brakes and not even find the problem then one of the guy from service we call him mechanic he say if you change your tires then this problem can be gone after spending more then $2500 with no use my car not even drove 100000miles just only 27k mile I change my brake and rotors steal and fraud people work with MC-Garth I highly disappointed with the people work with 0 knowledge and over charging with a new vehicle with less miles they change my brakes and rotors !

Jacky was fantastic! My car went in unexpectedly, and two days before the beginning of the Christmas holiday. Jacky was honest, you were completely booked. To my surprise, he got it in the next day, and the problem was resolved. THANK YOU Jacky, you are amazing. Jacky deserves a raise.

After leaving my car early and letting them know I had a trip scheduled and needed the car as soon as possible I received a text letting me know that my vehicle just went in for service at 11:15 when I had a 10:00 appointment. I responded with a question if my vehicle just went in for service and the reply was someone came in with an emergency and he wanted to help them out and decided to push my car out further. I did talk to the service manager and nicely let him know I had waited three weeks for this appointment and was not pleased having to delay my plans.

The electrical system does not work in the vehicle. I brought the car in to address the recall due to the backup camera as well. I waited for 2 hours to be told that the issues couldn’t be fixed. The next available service appointment is January 19. A loaner will also be needed. I am not the happiest that I have to drive a car without radio, navigation or the ability to charge my cell phone for nearly one month. Jaylene was very professional, however.

I was told I would receive a call the day after my service about an issue with my vehicle and I never did receive the call
