The service people all very ready to help when arriving. I went in for bad sensor but unfortunately service people couldn't find anything wrong. So will be watching for any sign if it happens again.

Andrew did a great job. I do have a suggestion: The drop off feature is not working. When the driveway is blocked by two vehicles after hours., the customer has to walk around the side of the building to get an envelope and drop off the keys then walk all the way back to the car. This is not a good experience. This would be easy to solve.

I wish someone would have walked me through all the features of the car before I drove it off the lot. Also, the car did not come with an owners manual. And no one told me about the myAudi app.
