The hitch cap was damaged and there was slight damage to the bumper.

Randy is an outstanding service advisor, and is a major reason we service our vehicle at your place. The loaner aspect of service needs to improve, to be on par with other Audi service centers in the area.

Comfortable customer lounge to wait while my vehicle was being serviced. Service personnel were pleasant and helpful.

Hello! I appreciate darlings! My experience was not great though this time though - I picked up the car up this morning and drove it off the lot. Literally made it to the first light down the street and the car had major issues - intense shaking and shuttering, high pitched noises and over revving - I would push the gas down and the car would barely moven so i had to put my 4 ways on and pull over at the next option. My husband drove it back to the shop and we had to drop it back off.:(

Feel like it was misdiagnosed and we paid an obscene fortune to get it running the way it should. An engine light flashed and that means that there is something wrong with fuel. Either pump and or filter. We Googgled that to know that fact. Anyways, we will not bring our vehicle there again in these tough times of price gouging and lack of integrity.

He explained the issue with the tire in a way that I could understand. I have never heard of a road force issue before. I have no noticed any bounce either this new tire.

Everything was explained to me that had been done & the vehicle looked great from the wash.

When I brought my explorer in for a wobble which seems to be coming from the center of the driveshaft, first of all it was written up for a noise, which wasn’t the case. Was told it was “flat spots” on my brand new snow tires. I had told the advisor it did it with the stock tires as well, so it wasnt the tires. I work For a tire company and after picking up my vehicle from you, I had them check the tires for flat spots and found nothing present. My concern was verified, but weren’t helpful at all. I was told there is nothing more to do with the snows on, I even offered to bring my stock tires in and would pay for the swap over. But I guess that wasn’t a good option. I have been in the automotive business (service advisor) for years. And felt as if you didn’t care to help me at all. Not at all how I treated customers in the past.

He was very pleasant to deal with.
