My passenger side Sun visor still is not operating as it should. It still pops out of its frame when moving it to the right to block the Sun. So the passenger is holding the visor in their hands. I payed 500.00 to have it replaced. This will be my 4th time and the problem isn’t resolved. I would feel much better if I can get my 500.00 back if not then I would like to see the problem resolved . Other then that the associates at Audi are awesome. Thank you. Dee. ****-****-xxxx

Everyone was so accommodating with my schedule and provided top notch service. My only concern is that as I was driving home 36 miles from Bangor my check tires alert came on. I will swing in on Thursday AM to make sure everything is safe and secure. Other than that you’re a great bunch of people.

Thay fixed it as soon as thay could. It took awhile for the part's then it did for anything else. Cooper was very nice and concerned for us. I like that and thank you cooper and the macanicks job well done.

I brought up an ignition issue and was told there would be a $150 charge for merely looking into and identifying the problem, not fixing it. That cost for fixing it would be added to the $150. That "policy" is anything but customer friendly. It feels more like a fleecing. I still have the ignition issue.
