Jeff was so nice and helpful. Had a BIG SMILE and went in and ran my debit card cause I just recently had surgery and went in and sat in my car and he brought me the paper work to sign.. When I got there he asked if they could wash my car and get all that salt and dirt off my car. I was going in for a oil change and it didn't take then long to do that and wash my car for me.

James, Both my wife and I were completely satisfied with your service. We received all the necessary adjustments on our car and it was washed before it was returned. Since we arrived at 8:30 there was little time to have breakfast James called an Uber and we were taken to have breakfast, after which we were picked up. Thank you James and Audi

Communication from the service department was lacking. Waited for the vehicle in person no one came back until two hours later. At that point they then advised it would be another few hours as my vehicle needed an update. I felt that my car was just in for a simple oil change and this should’ve been communicated a lot sooner than it was.

The communication was terrible from the te they pick up the truck to the end. Work was also performed on my truck with no one contacting me to say if I wanted it done. Then I had to pay for it. The work that was performed on my plow which light adjustment was suppose to be free but the bent part they just bent it back and not very well but didn't even touch it up with paint. And wanted $278 for the work. Was no happy on paying anything. Heck the brakes that Ted the salesmen said he would have fixed never got done and he is denying it because he never put it in writing. I can say I will not do business with Darlings again.
