Great experience!

Your service department did not find anything wrong with my vehicle and basically told me I can pick up my car. But the worse part is no one called me to let me know . I received a video on my phone, and I had to call to find out the status. The person I spoke to just told me my car was ready. When I asked what was wrong with the car he stated “I don’t know. But we close at 6pm so you can pick it up anytime before we close.” I asked if I can talk to a manager and he said no one was around . Then I said I will come tomorrow. When Simeon called me the next morning (after I left a message) he told me they found nothing wrong with the car. I insisted to talk to a manager and said Jasmine would call me . She never did. I eventually picked up my car (and had to pay $45 in gas tank because you gave me a loaner with only 1/2 a tank) …. so I basically called Audi USA to try and help me. I also told them that the McGrath Audi service I received was NOT ACCEPTABLE!
