Liam is a great asset to the Darlings Team! He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. I had a light come on of concern and he advised me of the safety of it and got me in for an appointment asap. He and Jake were able to diagnose the problems and get the parts in to fix it promptly! Thank you Liam & Jake!

Bob was awesome and I felt his sincerity and honesty. Of all years he was the only one who openly told me about website coupons and what coverage I still have with my vehicle e.g. service warranty, etc.
Not to discredit any service rep before, but none of them mentioned or ask and open it up to me.

James and the entire service team were incredible. Best experience at an Audi dealership by far since having my vehicle. James was so friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond and made it very easy for me. Will not go to any other Audi service department for future repairs and upkeep. Thank you James.

My car was returned to me with the oil cap removed. I drove it a few feet before the check engine light turned on and drove right back to the dealership. Some oil spilled into the engine compartment. Also, all four tire valve caps were loose and a few rotations from falling off.

Friendly service advisor, just wasn’t happy with how long it took. I had a 1:15 appt and my car was not ready until about 4:15 though I was told it would be ready in an hour to hour and half.
