Our sales was too busy tendering to another customer, even though we arrived at the appointed time and the other customer walked in afterwards. We ended up idly waiting around for her for an hour and a half. We were rushing on our way to an event after getting the car. Was promised it would be quick, considering all the paperwork was submitted. And now only when I’m home I realize my key user agreement for audi connect has not been verified by the sales specialist either. Our front plate was not screwed on as well. Please do give me a call back at ****-****-xxxx in regards to these issues. Thank you.

I arrived to my appt to fo a basic oil change. The price with tax was going to be 243.00. I cancelled after calling my husband who informed me the price was overinflated. I have a friend with the same vehicle who pays no less than 100. for the same service. I Didn’t pay this much at fletcher audi. I was taken advantage of and will not be back to orland audi
