Was there for a recall on a clockspring. I told them I had it replaced at my expense a year ago. They told me they couldn’t do the recall because they didn’t have instructions on that procedure. I was a little taken back by that. Ended up just with an oil change, tire rotation in which they did not recalibrate the pressures in the tires. Also had fuel filters replaced. They did give me a complimentary wash.

Jaylene checked in a number of times to inform me of the status of my repair which I appreciated. Having a loaner car was imperative due to the length of time it took to complete the repair, another plus for the dealer in my mind.

My concerns about charging vehicle with lower & lower miles was not addressed. Car was not even charged and picked up car dirty.

I was there with my autistic son expecting repairs would talk 2 hours. Jacob knew it was going to be difficult for my son to wait that long. With his help , the repairs took a little over an hour. This was an enormous blessing to me. I’m very grateful for Jacob’s help

My service representative Andrew was awesome. The technician has not solved the issue with my vehicle. This is the 2nd time I’m brought in my vehicle for the same reason. I now have to bring it in again to attempt something else. This is not acceptable. I bought an Audi because of the quality and I am not seeing a return on my investment. I’d like a manager to contact me.
