As usual, Gerald provides the highest level of customer service. He is a true asset to your company. I also receive service from your Range Rover dealership and there is a vast difference in the service.

Jacky definitely cares about his customer’s. He always goes out of his way to make sure my vehicle is serviced and done in a timely manner. I will always do business with darlings because of the service Jacky gives. Jacky is a definite asset to the darling’s team. I so appreciate Jacky!

The CSR was great however my problem was not resolved. The vehicle shifts poorly all of the time yet the problem could not be re-created. It is not my imagination. The transmission has issues. Now I have to pay my regular mechanic to fix it instead of having it covered on warranty as it should be.

I was ultimately satisfied; however it took me calling the service center after a period of time where I expected to receive an update on the status of my car’s repair to get a loaner and an understand the timeline of my car’s repair.
A company taking timely initiative is invaluable.
