10/10 the best service I have ever received. I used to have a vehicle that went to another local dealership and I was always treated differently being a female than my husband was when he took the vehicle in. This was a 100% hassle free experience and I am SO glad that this is where my vehicle will now be serviced!

Simeon was amazing! No issues at all with him. He's the epitome of customer service.
My issues were more about the communication with my car warranty and Audi and the length of time my car was at the shop

Sino is an amazing employee. On this and especially my last visit he has provided excellent service in a timely manor. He even ordered me an Uber at drop off when I wasn’t able to have a loaner car because I didn’t have my insurance card or my cell phone.
You’re lucky to have him.

Obsolete part for my 2016 vehicle . Short of me asking lots of questions no extra help was provided to resolve my issue . Once questions were asked then I was given part numbers .I found the parts myself on E-Bay and will try and repair the vehicle on my own . I felt Darlings could have gone the extra mile to find my parts a resolve my issue rather then me stumbling through it .What would the average person do that has no parts or repair experience .

I came in without an appointment to check on my tire pressure light after it had gone off twice in a week. As always, the service was great and they fit in my car to plug the nail hole that was there. I really appreciate the flexibility and the willingness to help!

Seat auto buttons not working.
Also seat not released turn off the engine.
