The service was excellent even though it was longer than I expected. I would recommend that a new rim company for refinishing be contracted. The rims look great but they appeared not to be reliable in keeping their appointments.

We purchased a car, felt as if we burdened the service department by having work done that your sales team guaranteed, and now we have a car back that is not fixed and None of the agreed upon work has been done.
Disappointing and frustrating. But you guys got the sale you wanted!

Gerald was great but Audi internet group took 3 days getting back to your staff and you are the dealership. How is any customer supposed to work with them?

Everything went well except we have damage on the grill after the service appointment was completed. When I reviewed the car with the consultant prior to, there was no visible damage, but there was after when I got home. It appears to be some kind of bend on the grill near a slot on the left when looking at the q7 as if it was pulled with a tool or by hand and deformed. I have pictures as well. I hope this can be fixed somehow.
