My car service was not completed on time. In fact, it would not have been completed today at all if I had not strenuously objected to the significant inconvenience that delay would have caused me. Even so it was more that two hours overdue. I was told that a software update for the technicians’ laptops was in part a cause of the delay, and that “waiters” were given priority as well. Neither is a valid reason for my service to be delayed. Software updates should not be made at times that impact customer engagement, and just because I choose to wait off-site while my vehicle is serviced does not make my time less valuable. You can do better than this.

Arameh was so professional and made sure all the recalls on my car were taken care of. He made sure I understood the time line of how long they will have my car and what to expect when I get it back. Great service, knowledgeable employee, and very polite. Thank you again for servicing my car.

Joseph was very accommodating with my vehicle. He always calls me with an update. When I came in to pick up my truck- he was in the phone and still made a point to tell me he would be right with me. He is always smiling and very helpful. Great asset to Darlings Fors.
