Jeff was very professional and friendly. Was there immediately to greet me. Confirmed why my car was there so the appropriate work was completed. My husband and I went to lunch while the service was being done and Jeff called before we even finished lunch to say my car was ready! I did not have any wait time when I arrived or when I left. He even had my car washed (which was very badly needed)!! Thank you Jeff!!!!

I am thankful for the attention and care from Darling Ford. Jeffrey has always been courteous and his customer service is a 10+++. He put my mind at ease that I would be taken care despite my being late due to my job. I had already called to say I was late and when I got there Jeff told me there was room. I can go elsewhere for an oil change, I chose Darling Ford because of their exceptional customer service. Thank you, Jeffrey!
