Josh was very accommodating and made sure the job was done right with my vehicle. He is prompt with calling you to notify service is complete and finding appointments that work with your schedule to get vehicle work done in timely fashion.

I asked for a value of the car but never got a follow up call back from the sales person Wayne as he said he had to talk to his manager. I waited until 6 to pick up the car because I was waiting to have the estimate done. Oh well.

Simeon was fantastic, professional and a pleasure to work with. He listened and addressed all my concerns and was honest with his recommendations. He graciously secured a courtesy ride and pick up to my house while waiting for service to complete. He was very informative with the status of the service. He was a pleasure to work with. I am very satisfied with my car and your service department overall.

Absolutely horrible experience all around. Took 5 weeks to get my vehicle back and Darlings was very unsupportive on an issue they should halooked into. With 16k miles I shouldn't be left stranded for 5 weeks.
