Arian was very personable, helpful and honest. I brought my car in for a recall and he straight up said he wasn’t sure what it all entailed, rather than fake it/lie. It was appreciated that he was honest. He was able to get me a loaner and was mindful of my work schedule (I work overnight). He is an asset to your business

It was a pleasure to work with Gerald. The reason for my visit was to correct a minor scuff mark on the right rear quarter panel which was on the vehicle at the time of delivery to me. Gerald’s professionalism is to be commended. He thoroughly explained what would be involved in the work and the estimated length of time for the work to be completed. I am totally satisfied with the result. You cannot tell where the scuff mark was located. My thanks to Gerald for his attention to detail which resulted in a very satisfied Audi customer.
