My experience was great! I was actually met by mr. Page outside the bay doors as there was a line. I found that to be a little above and beyond as it was raining. He was making sure I knew, that they knew I was there. The service was quick, easy in, easy out. Than you!

Gerald is absolutely the best. A person you need to hold on to and reward accordingly. I have been working with Gerald through 3 generations of vehicles and I honestly do not believe a more customer focused professional could be found for the role he fulfills. I have been in a long term leadership role in a fortune 50 organization and I am confident I can recognize for the best of the best, and Gerald is certainly one of them. As long as he remains I will also remain as a devoted customer.

I appreciate his helpful manner and kindness,he even arranged fixing recall parts (my car is escape and received a letter to notify of recall) although I thought I had to another appointment for it. When I left your place I noticed my clock was not working. I tried "set up time" and tried many times but it doesn't work since then?????????????...it worked fine before...I'm wondering if you can fix it for me ????
