Car was not washed
I did not received any updates until I called two days after dropping off my car and after that no updates for 10 days until the day I picked up the car. I am puzzled why even schedule an appointment if car is not going to be attend to for a while

Gerald took care of my oil change and the team found the radiator was leaking. Was able to get it fixed before taking the car out of state. Appreciate the effort put in to find a small problem before it was a bigger one.

Dustin, although being fairly new to service tech, addressed my questions confidently, and asked for help with questions he didn't know the answer to. He was courteous, straightforward, and made every effort to resolve my questions and concerns. Dustin is an asset to your service team.
