I did not get my service complete due to my part not arriving in time, I made my timeline very explicitly upon my drop off and was informed that my part would be in by the 23rd and service completed same day, this did not happen. The part was still in transit on the 26th and thus my service was incomplete due to my need to pick up the car before eod 12/26, now I have to wait for 2 months to get the issue fixed due to my being out of state.
This is not the level of service and execution I expect given the investment in my car, a custom 2021 RS7
I will likely use another service location in the future even through the McGrath location is less than a mile from my home and the alternative is > 10 miles away.

Jacky was excellent and was willing to go above and beyond when our service could not be completed at end of day. Only issue we experienced was the driver's side carpet and door trim was full of mud (came from boots of mechanic). Brought in clean, should leave clean.

Everything was okay except for
the car not being ready at the time we agreed. The car was being washed which was not a priority. I would much rather have had a dirty car rather than be late for another appointment. I was not consulted or given the choice.

Audi McGrath Morton Grove has the best dealer service team I have yet to see. They go above and beyond to cater to my needs. I’ve had the best experience and I am so grateful for them.

I got a message about my car being done yesterday and ready for pickup, however that was a mistake as my car was not serviced yesterday.
I am waiting for a resolution to a liftgate problem that is yet unresolved. The liftgate has been damaged due to malfunction and it has hit myself and grandson in the head. No one has contacted me yet to resolve this problem.
