I have no issue with Gerald as a person, I just know that if circumstances were different, previously in the same field, things may have been more hectic.. I am satisfied with the resolution, and all that assisted. I came in fully accountable with a deep understanding of the business. With that being said,this experience was an area of opportunity on both ends.

I especially enjoyed Jeff's ability to read the customer. He saw that I was a bit of a jokester and I felt comfortable joking and making small talk with him. So he's very personable and that characteristic is nice to see in any human. Thanks Jeff!

This is my second time with Tony and he is wonderful. Tony has given me better customer service than I ever received at Audi in Orlando. He went the extra mile to get me in a loaner vehicle during the weekend while my car was being worked on. Tony communicated constantly with me about what was going on with my vehicle and made my service experience very quick and easy.

Tony did an excellent job of helping me getting my vehicle serviced completely. I say completely because I supposedly had a part on order from a service visit about 4 months ago that had yet to come in. Tony got the issue corrected in a day.

Jacky was certainly one of the best service people I’ve ever dealt with in all my years of owning vehicles. Explained issues well, in a non-condescending manner, and was attentive throughout my almost three hours there. Valuable employee.
