I had an appointment to have my rims touched up and upon arrival at my appointment I was informed that the person who fixes the wheels had left for the day. I asked why would he leave if I had an appointment and was not. notified?!
All I was told is that he just left.

Jeff, explained everything that was going on with my car, what to expect, and what might have to happen. I appreciate that, and I don’t feel he is just telling me that because I am female. He is very, nice and friendly.
You guys have a nice waiting area, with coffee, and such. People appreciate that.
Pricing is reasonable as well.

The courtesy vehicle provided was very dirty. The inside of every window was so badly streaked I had to clean the drivers side of the windshield. There was garbage in between the front seat and door and the vehicle needed a vacuuming. So, I needed to provide my drivers license, credit card, proof of adequate insurance to be provided a vehicle while mine was getting serviced which included recall work and I was given a dirty, smelly car. NOT GOOD!!

In a few words, as I will write a review later. The service offered, the mechanics and their expertise and the service writers who go beyond just writing up a form are - there really is not a word in my opinion to adequately describe how dedicated they are in providing their services to customers. Exemplary is one to describe them all, but there should be another word to launch them over the top and beyond as dedicated people that strive for perfection and attain it in what they do. They are simply the people that make Darling’s what Darling’s is as a dealership in my opinion. I am biased as I consider them all as an extended family. So much for a few words as I could continue on.

The person who was assisting me got an attitude when I asked him for my keys so I could pay and go. I sat there almost 15 minutes while he spoke on the phone. He was a bit rude when I asked for my keys saying something I really didn’t appreciate.
