Great team. Freeman our driver is always a pleasure to chat with. Cooper is a pro. Our other car is a five year old Tesla. When it's time to trade our Fusion, I hope a Ford EV product comparable to our Tesla is available. Service at Darling's so much better than our experience with Tesla service.

I appreciate Tony’s initial response on the phone when I told him of our mechanical issue. His genuinely positive attitude helped get us in for service faster than expected. He also phones found us a loaner vehicle, which was needed, since we only have one car in Florida. I’ll expand more when the questionnaire comes through but suffice to say Tony was a positive influence during a difficult time. Randy L
