Ben was great. Process to check in and obtain loaner was not the best. Customers should be informed ahead of time that policy declaration page is required for a loaner. Put this in writing if it is a true legitimate practice.

I have 100% confidence in Jacky. He is on top of my maintenance needs and provides sound advice, and he is exceptionally alert to potential issues that I need to address. In my opinion, Jacky is the best service representative that I have dealt with. As I’m 80, that’s saying a lot.

I sat in that dealership from 9 AM to 2:20 PM for a 20,000 mile service on my vehicle. I also asked for my windshield wiper blades to be replaced and a MMI glitch. My service person knew that I needed to pick my son up from school by 3 PM, which was miles away. At the end of my service my windshield wipers were not replaced and they put too much oil in the car so I had to wait again for them to correct. this may not have been missed had the service person been checking on my vehicle with mechanic throughout the day, this would’ve been caught prior to the end. Needless to say I was late picking my son up from school and I have no intentions on returning to Audi Lakeland. This is the second issue I’ve had with the service department there, and it will be the last.

I dropped my car off Tuesday and didn’t know what was going on with it until it was done Wednesday afternoon
