I had a difficult time choosing whether to answer yes or no for that question. Overall, yes, I was very satisfied with the service at the end of the day, but it wasn’t without a hiccup along the way. When I confirmed my appointment I was told to leave my key in the drop box (if dropping off before hours, which I did) and my car would be tended to. My appointment was scheduled for 0830. When I hadn’t heard from anyone by 4pm I called in and was directed to speak with Jacky. Apparently my keys had gone unnoticed and my service had not been completed. Jacky assured me that he could get my vehicle in right then and have it ready within the hour. I greatly appreciate the exceptional customer service that Jacky showed. It wouldn’t have been the end of the world if I had to return on a different day, but was glad I didn’t have to. I’m not sure where things fell through the cracks, and it very well could have been partially my fault. If there was an additional step I needed to take when dropping off my vehicle before hours it would be helpful to have that direction beforehand. Again, overall I have been very happy with my Darlings experience. Thank you.
