The service was fast and efficient. I took my car in for emergency service which required me to purchase a new tire. I appreciated having my scheduled oil change taken care of at the same time. It saved me a return visit on the following day.

Yes More or less. Gary was fair and listened and helped me to deal with service delays Particularly the paint shop schedule. (Car completed over 24 hours after anticipated completion.). Gary arranged for my car delivery and offered a. Discount on final bill. Thanks!

Needed an alignment, according to the receipt nothing was done. The computer may have said no alignment was needed but the milage on my car was the same as when I brought is in. so no one drove it to see if it actually need an alignment. It pulls, it still pulls. Three hours wasted for them to do nothing because a computer said nothing needed to be done. I missed work, so now it was costing me money. Next time at least drive the vehicle and if it pulls then try and figure out why it pulls. 100% not happy but very patient and willing to give feedback

Yes I was highly pleased with the service I received Mr Downey was truly a professional he was knowledgeable and he understood everything that needed to be done and he was very courteous I truly appreciate that I will tell all my friends about the great customer service policy
