I was very impressed with the honesty about the fact that my problem had been caused by a human error and I would not be charged.

Told me car was ready when it wasn’t. Said it had been washed even though it was still sitting waiting for the car wash to be fixed. Car just sat for an hour and no one told me there was a problem and no one asked me if I wanted to wait for the car wash to be repaired.
