As I said in my phone message. The wipers keep pulsing on intermittent and the headlight go on and off for no reason. Driving home from Portland the dash board indicated I was heading east or southeast, not north. If you aren’t interested in returning my phone call so be it. Goodbye

My problem wasn’t with Jacob or the dealership in general. It’s frustrating to receive recall notices and for the dealership not be able to do the necessary work because they can’t get the parts or tools. I understand that this is new technology and new branches of service but it’s still peoples lives and livelihoods that are being put at risk.
