Complete waste of time. They told me they had the part over the phone so I scheduled the service. After taking off work and hours of sitting no one has the part. While waiting to be serviced I request completing the setup of the my Audi app. Passed on by 2 people to just walk around and ask anyone. I’m starting to regret purchasing this car if this is the type of service I will receive.

Very satisfied with the service I received.. It is definetly worth the trip down from Presque Isle. I am very pleased with the service I. The car wash was a surprise and definitely very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hey, I have had good service and appreciate the willingness to make things right. I’ll give you a 5 star but wanted to let you guys know the door weather stripping needed to be reinstalled and both the B pillar and C pillar needed to be reinstalled when I got home because they where not completely attached or aligned appropriately. I didn’t mind doing this as I have experience in the industry but wanted to let you know so another customer would have to go through this.
