Very disappointed with the service rep. I was told the customers go outside to retrieve their vehicles, he stated the drive up service was discontinued ; I’m sitting there seeing some customers getting the service. Upon my arrival he stated that I was the first person but I was the last to leave.

Dustin was awesome, he helped me, immensely. He helped me find solutions, so that I could comfortably afford to fix my car stereo, he helped me with the sunbit application, so that I could pay by month for the repairs, Dustin's commitment to helping the customer is above and beyond and for his help, not only for this repair, for all of the repairs I have had through Darlings, Dustin's help is much appreciated.

I appreciate that you fixed my battery so quickly and then figured out me radio wasn’t working because of a blown fuse. Great waiting room and very friendly staff. Kudos to Eric in service. A great help.
