Car was brought in for battery/alternator issue on Sunday 7/1. It wasn’t touched until 7/6. I picked it up after having the battery replaced and being told the alternator was fine, drove 5 miles down the road and the car has an awful sound coming from the alternator. Called the service department to let them know I was bringing it back and wanted them to hear the issue only to be told no one was going to stay after 6pm to hear my concerns even though it was 3 mins after 6. Poor service all around this time around

Once again I was completely satisfied with my experience at Darlings. Mr O’rourke kept me updated on my service progress and cost. The time he quoted for completion was very accurate. I continue to go to Darlings service because I am sure my vehicle gets the best attention

At my diagnostic appt., Joe Turner said he'd call me in a day or two with a repair estimate. He didn't call back for two weeks. I found another repair shop to complete this job that was FAR more professional...

My **** is slipping they couldn’t find it slipping when driving it ran both diagnostics because my ac was shooting water on my feet ,and charged me 500 dollars saying my power train warranty wouldn’t cover it because nothing was wrong, then when I was driving home my oil light came on (and I had my oil changed when I bought my vehicle a month ago). Now I can’t even drive my car because there’s no oil in it.
