Car was dropped at 9a to be detailed and not ready until after 2p the following day. Only when I arrived at McRath was I told it “May” take 24 hours.

I really appreciate that Cody went above my expectations and arranged a rental for us and still got the window fixed the same day. He even offered to keep it in the bay over the weekend because we had our bikes on the back.

I’ll be satisfied when I get my car back! Don’t you usually send these out after the service call? I have been told the parts have been ordered and will be in in 7-10 days. So no, at this point I’m not satisfied! This is the second time in a month that it’s in for the same thing. As far as Sino goes, he’s terrific I can’t necessarily blame him for what appears to be the incompetence of the mechanics working on the car. I hope to see my A8 before the end of this week. It spends more time in your garage than mine. Thank you

I was very impressed in the beginning and I’m still impressed with you guys however, I have called twice and both times they said they would call back and I haven’t heard anything. My car still needs to be fixed and I understand that getting a part can take a while but Dustin said that he’d set up a date after taking to someone and like I said I haven’t received a call back yet.

It was a few days different from having my complimentary 2nd oil change and they did not honor it. Then the representative did not offer me the $20 oil special. I had to find it on your website and show her. She stated she was unaware but will discount it. The car wash ****, they do not clean the Matt's like the Herrmann estate location. I will never return to mcgrath facility. Worse AUDI service overall.
