After sitting there for an hour after my 10:30 AM appointment time the service writer came and told me that they couldn't get to my car until late in the day. Audi of Lakeland have also has warranty parts ordered for almost 3 months for another issue. I'm guessing that this will be the last Audi I ever purchase.

It was my first car maintenance appointment. My car did not need anything. It was supposed to last 1.5 hrs only but ended up to more than 4 hrs. I asked the advisor what happened, he said there was only 2 technicians for 12 cars scheduled. I would have appreciated if they told us about it and reschedule instead of missing things that I planed to do that day. I don’t know if I made a mistake buying my new Audi in this location. It seems that there is no value on their customer’s time. I do not see any culture of excellence here. I was extremely disappointed.

Simeon was both professional and courteous, answering all my questions and taking the time to ensure all my concerns regarding my Audi A5 were addressed. He met my expectations and ensured a more than satisfactory experience.

Too many texts confirming the appt and about surveys. I received 6 texts confirming the appt, and so far I've received 4 about surveys. It's too much.

I have been a customer for almost 25 years and I have always had superior service. Gerald greets me by name and has all my paperwork in hand. He always keeps me informed as to the progress of my service.
The talks me for being a loyal Audi customer and he appreciates my business. He always says drive home safe and see you at your next service.
He is always professional and has any and all information I need.
He is a great asset and Audi is fortunate to employ him.

Very surprised that the service waiting area doesn’t have any amenities. I’ve been a customer for many years and expect more. My ford dealership is more comfortable and treats me better at this point which seems inexcusable.
