Excellent team

Ryan was good and nice. When I made appt, I was told it would not take more than 75 minutes, ended up taking two hours. Ryan stated that whoever took appt marked it as a drop off when it should have been marked waiting. I had to go up to Ryan and ask if my car ready. He was surprised I was still there as I signed paperwork 30 minutes prior to me going up to him. Not his fault but apparently somebody did not put on my hazards to let people know I was waiting. So I had to wait an extra 45 mins-hour and no car wash which in unfortunate because you have to make a reservation for a car wash, somewhat of a hassle. Would have been great to have a car wash after waiting an extra 45 minutes. Just a poor experience as my first time using service since I purchased my car last year. Ryan offered a car wash but said it’d be an extra 30 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours for oil change? No way
