Arameh has gone above and beyond in providing excellent customer service ! Exceptional communication and professionalism, a genuine desire to explain the maintenance and repair issues, a warm and approachable personality, and he made extra effort to ensure the service and experience exceeded my expectations. He truly is a shining example of an excellent employee and Audi should recognize his important contribution to their company. I continue to stay with Audi and this location specifically because of Arameh! Thank you!

I appreciated the newly added transparency with the service via the video and the service advisor himself. In the past, I felt like the advisors would push services not necessarily needed just to make a sale and the information that they used to back up their recommendations was untruthful and misleading. Today’s visit was a breath of fresh air compared to prior visits.

We had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation.
Service manager stated that they couldn’t locate the wheel lock in our glove box, so they couldn’t do the tire rotation at this time. Once the oil change was complete and I got back into our vehicle, I opened the glove box to look for the wheel lock and immediately located it visually, as there was very little in the glove box other than a couple straws and napkins. Seeing as they were quite busy, it felt as though they were just trying to come up with an excuse to save time by not performing all of our scheduled service.

I was informed my vehicle would be ready in 1 1/2 hours for an oil change.
I attempted to pick up the vehicle 3 hours later and the vehicle was not even
touched. I was given an excuse but no excuse is valid. A gift card should have been offered or free oil change for the inconvenience and false statement.

It was really just a time thing, and then the extra work that was done that I didn't find out about until after it had been done, other than that it was great service

The loaner car was very dirty inside. Dashboard, seats. It smelled like ashtray. I had to clean the seats so my wife and kid can sit. Sticky stains from drinks by the gear shifter. Hairs on the floor. Very disappointed. However. ... the servuce from Sion was good.

The issue still exists, and I took a picture of the system failure again after being at the facility this past Monday.
I recommend a pre-sense replacement because the engineer could not fix the issue, and going to the Lakeland facility is an issue while working.

Ryan was great. His estimate of the time it would take was right on. Very professional. I always have a good experience at Darlings. I bought the truck there and when I need another one I will purchase it there.
