I made an online appointment with Chris Santos and received two text confirmations referencing Chris, yet he was off for the day. The online reservation system should account for that and show Chris not available. Tony was friendly and applied a discount which I appreciated. I did get charged fuel for the loaner car and an unknown separate $25 charge. These were not explained upfront. It would have been good to know there was a change in obtaining a loaner. I don't recall paying anything in the past. I could have paid for the gas myself, cheaper than the $8.50 per gallon charged.

Everything went quickly and smoothly which is what the customer wants.
Maria was a 10+ rating with hiw I was treated. I want her every time I visit the dealership. I waited a long time because my car needed to be serviced, she made it feel like a Hal hour not three and a half hours.
