I wasn’t satisfied with my service that I received at your location. My appointment was at 8:30am and i didn’t get a call back I had to go in at 2:00pm to get my suv. Very frustrating when you can’t do anything because your car is in service and waiting for a call back to tell you your car is ready. And it was just an oil change. Last time I do my service with your company.

I wanted to let you know about a serious safety issue after my recent service appointment for the sunroof weatherstrip repair.
When I got the car back, my son’s car seat had been moved/uninstalled during service, but it was left in place looking fully installed even though the tether and belt installation were not secured. I didn’t realize this until after I had already driven across town with my son in the seat.
I understand the seat may have needed to be moved for the repair, but I really wish someone had told me it had been disconnected or left a note/tag indicating it needed to be reinstalled before use. This could have had serious consequences.
I wanted to bring it to your attention so it doesn’t happen to another family in the future.

Within 2 days if my appointment there is now something hanging from the bottom of the caf like it wasn't put back correctly? Need to have this corrected.

Danny your service guy does not answer his cell phone nor checks messages on the regular phone nor responds to text messages on his cell. He is disregarding, and careless. I had to bring back my car twice in one weeks and believe he neglected my initial complaint. I am leaving him and your dealer ship a terrible review. My calls and questions were repeatedly ignored and on two occasions I had to drive to the dealership just get a hold of Danny. He is the very reason why I will no longer enter nor use your dealership.

Tony Hang has been my service advisor for many years. His knowledge and customer care skills make seeing him at the dealership fall more into the category of visiting a friend than simply having an oil change. Additionally, Tony is honest and trustworthy. And it is for that reason that I always feel he has my best interest personally — as well as those of my wallet — at heart! ????
