Chris was helpful, kind and professional.
However the "Quality Vehicle Inspection" report I was given (with one exception- brakes front and back and tire) contradicted the multiple service recommendations. If I did not read the report it would have cost me thousands of dollars. I was easily able to find affordable services elsewhere, and when looking more closely at the report realized that most of those services are not actually needed and were also not indicated in the inspection. For example he said my battery failed- yet the Quality Vehicle Inspection said the battery was checked and okay, and did not fail. So either you have to get your recommendations to line up with the inspection data, or something is off in your service department. I want to be able to trust the communication received when I bring in my car for service, especially and at the highest standard, from a dealership. The paperwork should correspond 100% to the recommendations made, urgency and so forth.
Again, Chris was lovely to work with- but I was left with doubts about your dealership's service department on the basis of these reports and quotes sent to me.
I scheduled an appointment for a recall and a loaner. Confirmed everything that morning only to arrive and not be able to get the work done due to the hour long the wait for a loaner. I appreciate the ability to reserve a loaner. However, a heads up about the wait before I checked in would have allowed me to make a more informed decision about having my car serviced.
As usual, Arturo did an excellent job of getting my vehicle in and out as promised. He’s truly committed to providing top notch customer service!!
$249.00 for an oil change is too much.

I found Adrian to be as responsive as he could, considering how busy the service department was. This is not meant to reflect negatively toward him. However, we should have been given a loaner car, considering our appointment was at 10;30 and we did not leave until at least 2:30. We have been Lexus owners and JM Lexus customers for over 20 years and this has never happened to us before. I am not even sure if the recall issue was addressed in all of that time. I don’t know if too many appointments were scheduled, or if there were unscheduled service visits, but I would have re-scheduled if I had known it would take so long.
Jesse was awesome…very friendly and efficient…he took care of everything and answered all my questions.
Jorge was good, attentive, and listened to my issues or requests with the vehicle.
