I confirmed twice when scheduling that my appointment would take under 2 hours. When I arrived, Justin also assured me the service would take 2 hours or less. 3 1/2 hours later, I still had not received my car! To be inconsiderate of a customer’s time is a major faux pas and totally unacceptable.
While I wish the repairs were free, I always have had a good experience with the repair group and have confidence that the work done is top notch !

The purchase process 100% amazing and service after was above and beyond...however my wife picked up the car today...grease on the carpet and seat in the rear, grease on the Headliner and window tint has big scratches. I picked this car out because of the 100% flawless inside and out like new vehicle that it is. Not really happy about this and not sure if the grease will even come out to new looking again. Please let me know how we will make this right

I arrived on time for my 2:30 appt. And I was taken care of THE MOMENT I pulled into the service area. And then...as soon as I went inside..& sat down... Leo approached me..and said he was ready to get my paperwork taken care of. And sure enough.. the work on my car was started immediately...and was completed in a timely manner (less than two hours).
