My service manager today was Justin Ross. He is a very knowledgeable person and answered all of my concerns. That being said, I found his personality to be extremely pleasant. He took the time to engage in a conversation with me, which I truly enjoyed. I believe he is an employee who sets the bar high!
My car service went well. I was complete in a timely manner.
I have been driving Lexus for at least 25 years and would not drive any other vehicle.
The service person was great and the actual service I assume was done correctly. You asked if I was completely satisfied. I said no because the service which was oil change took 2 hrs. I was not expecting to wait that long. I also live in in Twinsburg so round trip plus 2 hrs ended up at least 3 hrs out of my day.
